I am writing this letter on behalf of Ron Hart, Account Manager, for Sterling Computer Products located at 16135 Covello Street, Van Nuys, CA. 91406.

Sterling Computer Products carries a full line of toner and disposable cartridges for all major copiers, inkjet cartridges for both printers and fax machines, ribbons for dot matrix printers and data cartridges.

Sterling Computer Products offers fast friendly service at competitive prices. We have been a customer of Sterling's since 1994. Ron calls me periodically to see if we need anything but I don't hesitate to pick up the phone and call give him a call whenever I need supplies. Deliveries are promptly shipped and we receive our supplies within a couple of days via UPS.

I get several phone calls from various Suppliers telling me how much better their ribbons are and that I should give them the opportunity to prove it by sending me six or a dozen and try them. I have tried a couple of other companies (for ribbons) but found that the ribbons I get from Sterling are better (they last longer) and their price is right. So whenever I get one of those calls (from another Supplier) I tell them thank you for calling but I am happy with my Supplier. They ask why and I simply tell them that their price isn't a savings (more often then not these other Supplier's price is higher) and that the ribbons I have been getting from Sterling Computer Products have proved themselves over and over and that I don't have any reason to make a change.

Richland County Sheriff's Department has been supplied by Sterling Computer Products since June 1993. We have tried a number of companies that have "promised" the best quality and price. Only Sterling Computer Products has backed this up. There knowledge and willingness to get quality printing supplies at a reasonable price has been un-beat in our book.

Jim has backed his product and supported us by answering questions and making suggestions about the best way to get quality and save money.

Richland County Sheriff Department plans to continue ordering our printing supplies from Sterling Computer Products.
